• One dead, two seriously injured in Acworth collision (ledger-enquirer.com) — A deadly two-vehicle crash at Lake Acworth Drive and Cottage Oaks Drive, by the Cottages of Acworth senior community, left an Acworth woman dead and two others seriously injured Thursday night. Cobb County Police say a Woodstock driver may have suffered a medical event before crossing the center line, and they're asking anyone with information to contact investigators.
   

• 54 new business licenses issued for unincorporated Cobb County (cobbcountycourier.com) — Unincorporated Cobb County just approved 54 new business licenses, including Anova Health Services registered to a Howell Farms Court address in Acworth.
