🔑 Atlanta renters: Can two different schedules fit this floor plan?

One person is ready for bed. Another is starting dinner. How would that work in the apartment you’re touring?

Hey Atlanta, it’s Kenny! If you’re comparing a home you’ll share, look at how the rooms connect before letting the total square footage make the decision.

• Are the bedrooms beside each other or on opposite sides of the living area?

• Does a bedroom door open directly onto the kitchen or TV area?

• Can everyone reach a bathroom without walking through someone else’s bedroom?

• Where could someone take a call while another person uses the shared space?

Ask to see the exact floor plan for the available apartment. Walk the everyday routes during the tour and check the room dimensions. A split-bedroom layout may fit your priorities, but the drawing alone cannot promise quiet or privacy.

Make a short list of the layout details each person cares about, then compare them alongside the location and the full monthly cost. The best value is space that actually works for your routines.
