Driver killed, another injured in crash on I-75 in Atlanta, GSP says (atlantanewsfirst.com) — A fatal crash shut down I-75 South near Cleveland Avenue in south Atlanta Tuesday afternoon after a driver exited a stalled SUV and was struck by another car, according to state troopers. Both drivers were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where the SUV driver died and the other suffered minor injuries as investigators continue to piece together what happened.

3. ShinyHunters hackers claim breach of FBI data systems - WSB-TV Channel 2 (nationalcybersecurity.com) — Atlanta viewers are learning that the ShinyHunters hacking group, which previously disrupted Georgia Tech, Emory, Fulton County Schools and other metro Atlanta districts, now claims it breached an FBI hiring system. Experts warn stolen personal data on FBI staff and applicants could aid criminals or foreign governments, while the FBI investigates how much information was actually compromised.
   

4. Craig David Announces 'Born to Do It' 2027 World Tour (miixtapechiick.com) — Atlanta music fans can catch ScHoolboy Q's Blank Face LP 10th anniversary tour when it opens Oct. 1 at the Tabernacle, with tickets available via presale and general sale dates. 5. Clayton County transgender student blocked from homecoming queen race (atlantanewsfirst.com) — A transgender senior at Charles R. Drew High School in Clayton County says she was barred from running for homecoming queen and told she could only seek the king title. District officials cite federal Title IX guidance and concerns about funding, while the student urges leaders to find a compromise and consider gender-diverse homecoming courts for future students.
