Teen Among 3 Injured In Atlanta Shootings
A road-rage dispute led to one of three shootings that recently occurred in Atlanta, police say.
ATLANTA, GA — Three people, including a teenager, were injured in three weekend shootings in Atlanta, police said.
Atlanta Police's Aggravated Assault Unit is investigating the following three cases:
- A shooting injured a 16-year-old boy around 12:45 p.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of Ashby Terrace Northwest, police said.

When officers arrived, they found the teenage boy with an apparent gunshot wound. Police said he was breathing and alert at the time.
He may have been shot in the 990 block of Mayson Turner Road, but police said he was not able to share suspect information or a motive with the officers.

His status was unknown Monday.
- A 28-year-old man was injured during a road-rage dispute around 11:15 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of Lee Street Southwest, police said.
Two females were detained at the scene in connection with the dispute, police said. The females were not identified.
The man's status was unknown Monday.
- A 29-year-old man suffered multiple apparent gunshot wounds during a verbal dispute around 10 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard Southwest, police said Saturday.
The dispute involved a group of unidentified males and escalated to gunfire, police said.
The man's status was unknown Monday.
Police have not said if anyone currently faces charges in connection with the three shootings.
