• National Eucharistic Pilgrimage highlights Georgia Martyrs ahead of Oct. 31 beatification (catholicreview.org) — A major Catholic pilgrimage stopped in Brunswick this week, drawing attention to the Georgia Martyrs whose beatification is set for Oct. 31 in Savannah. Pilgrims learned about the 1597 martyrdom at nearby Fort King George and joined a Eucharistic procession to Nativity of Our Lady Church in Darien, tying local coastal history to a global church celebration.
