• Convicted felon who killed man over $10 drug debt sentenced in federal gun case (wsbtv.com) — A Decatur man with a long felony record has been sentenced to 14 years in federal prison after officers found a stolen gun and drugs during a traffic stop, and investigators linked the weapon to a shooting that injured a woman in Decatur. Federal prosecutors say the case underscores their focus on keeping repeat violent offenders with firearms off local streets.
