• Gas South Arena set for $175 million makeover with new suites, parking deck (wsbtv.com) — Duluth's Gas South Arena is about to undergo a $175 million renovation, adding a 1,000-space parking deck and major upgrades to premium seating, concessions, and fan amenities. Groundbreaking is set for Sept. 3 at 10 a.m., with completion expected in early 2028, promising a more comfortable and efficient experience for event-goers across the Gas South District campus.

- Looking for a local painter to paint our livingroom/staircase and ceiling.
