Inspectors cited issues ranging from handwashing and food handling to equipment temperatures and sanitizer levels, and ordered several on-the-spot corrections and future compliance steps.

Duluth Police, alongside other local agencies, played a key role in investigating the crew, which stole guns, cash, vehicles, and high‑end equipment from cargo vans and homes over more than a year.
