• Dunwoody buildings housing State Farm offices for sale (appenmedia.com) — State Farm's Southeast hub buildings at Dunwoody's Park Center campus are being put up for sale, but city officials say the move won't affect local jobs or operations. The company's lease runs beyond 2035, with more than $500 million in rent remaining, and access to the Dunwoody MARTA station and future mixed-use zoning still shape the area's long-term development.
