• Garden City police shut off school zone speed cameras, shift to officers with radar and lidar (wjcl.com) — Drivers in Garden City will no longer get tickets from school zone speed cameras, as police have shut the system off after years of shifting Georgia laws. Instead, officers will again patrol school zones in person with radar and lidar during drop-off and dismissal to enforce speed limits and protect students.
