• Roswell council to consider tax increase at Sept. 14 meeting (appenmedia.com) — Roswell officials are set to vote Sept. 14 on a sharp property tax rate increase that could add roughly $500–$600 a year for many homeowners, funding infrastructure, public safety, and bond projects. The council will also weigh funding for a water tower rehab, stormwater pipe repairs near Wexford Mill Court, new HVAC units at Crabapple Center, and Big Creek Greenway connectivity engineering.
