In Loving Memory of Franklin "Frank" Delanor Gay, 72

Franklin “Frank” Delanor Gay, age 72, of Austell passed away peacefully in the early morning of Monday, February 9, 2015 at Wellstar Community Hospice - Tranquility in Austell, Georgia.

Frank was born to Buna Lee Gay and Bernie McCord Gay on July 20, 1942 in Atlanta, Georgia.

He was a resident of Austell, Georgia for the past 38 years and had worked for L-3 Communications Display for 16 years.

Franklin “Frank” Delanor Gay is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Ernestine Kate Cook Gay of Austell, Georgia; daughters, Angel Gay of Douglasville, Georgia, Brandie Roberts of Villa Rica, Georgia; Renee Lindsay of Douglasville, Georgia; sons, David Gay and his wife Nicole of Douglasville, Georgia, and Paul Roberts and his wife Laura of Dallas, Georgia; and brothers, Ray Gay of Tampa, Florida and Jerry Gay of Buchanan, Georgia.

The family will receive friends 10:00 AM until noon Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at White Columns Chapel in Mableton, Georgia. Graveside Services will be held at 12:30 PM Wednesday following the visitation.
