• Commissioner unveils Beautification Grant (thechampionnewspaper.com) — Stone Mountain residents in DeKalb's Super District 7 can now apply for new beautification grants of $1,000 to $5,000 to improve shared neighborhood spaces, with applications due by Sept. 3. The program targets projects that boost safety, appearance, and long-term livability, and is open to HOAs, civic groups, and individual residents representing their communities.
