• Stone Mountain receives projections for Lawn on Main hotel (decaturish.com) — Stone Mountain's council just reviewed early projections for a 65-room boutique hotel proposed on the city-owned Lawn on Main, a project that would require rezoning current green space. Consultants say the hotel could generate millions in annual revenue and complement downtown businesses, while residents remain divided and the city also created a new downtown entertainment district and advanced its 2026 Comprehensive Plan.
