Three Cherokee Firefighters Promoted As Sergeants

Three Cherokee County firefighters were promoted during ceremonies Wednesday at the Cherokee County Administrative Offices in Canton.

Phillip Shrout, David Gann and John Carroll were all promoted to the rank of sergeant.

John Carroll came to work for Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services in 2004, while David Gann and Phillip Shrout started working with the department in 2007.
