• Retired veteran promoted to executive role at U.S. Vets Barber's Point (alohastatedaily.com) — A major veterans housing and support nonprofit based in Kalaeloa has promoted longtime Air National Guard veteran Tamah‑Lani Noh to executive director, putting her in charge of a $13 million budget and nearly 100 staff. From its Kalaeloa campus, U.S. Vets Barber’s Point offers transitional and permanent housing plus job-readiness programs, and Noh plans to expand services to prevent veteran homelessness statewide.
