Donovan Dela Cruz, who represents Mililani–Wahiawa–Whitmore Village, and could reshape Hawaii’s income tax brackets and credits for years. The tentative deal would keep relief for working- and middle-class families, add a new top tax bracket for very high earners, and phase out several commercial tax credits to stabilize the state budget.
