• Local woman arrested after reporting abuse; police say she was the aggressor (eastidahonews.com) — An Ammon woman has been charged with felony aggravated battery after deputies say a domestic dispute at her home escalated and a man was left with multiple scissor wounds. Bonneville County deputies initially responded after she reported being assaulted, but investigators later concluded she escalated the fight by introducing scissors; she’s out of jail and due in court June 17.
