Motorcyclist Killed In Crash With Tractor-Trailer On I-90: IL State Police

HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL — A 28-year-old Rockford man was killed Tuesday night when the motorcycle he was driving crashed with a tractor-trailer on Interstate 90 near Hoffman Estates.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the deceased as Mufeed B. Albo Yasen, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Illinois State Police tell Patch the crash occured at around 6:23 p.m. in the eastbound lane at milepost 58 (Beverly Road).

All lanes were closed for the investigation of the crash but were later reopened. The crash remains under investigation, according to ISP.
