Retail Theft Arrest At Target: Arlington Heights Police Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — An Arlington Heights woman was cited for retail theft at Target on East Rand Road, according to the Arlington Heights Police Department's latest arrest blotter.
The report also includes another retail theft arrest, a DUI charge and three arrests on outstanding warrants.
The following information comes from Arlington Heights Police Department reports. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Those charged are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

RETAIL THEFT
Margaret B. Suvada, 45, of Arlington Heights, was arrested at 12:27 p.m. Sept. 29, at Target, 1700 E. Rand Road, and cited for retail theft. She was released and is scheduled for an administrative adjudication hearing at 1 p.m. Oct. 13.
Martin R. Zwikel, 48, was arrested at 12:43 p.m. Sept. 25, in the 600 block of East Kensington Road and charged with retail theft. He was cited and released. His court date is 10:30 a.m. Nov. 6 in Room 203 at the Rolling Meadows courthouse.

DUI
Melissa D. Conlee, 36, of Buffalo Grove, was arrested at 2:38 a.m. Sept. 30, in the 600 block of North Drury Lane and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She was cited and released. Her court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 30 in Room 104 at the Rolling Meadows courthouse.
WARRANT ARRESTS
Nicholas S. Harvel, 48, of Rockford, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. Sept. 26, at Interstate 90 and South Arlington Heights Road on an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond. The report lists no bond and does not provide a court date.
Jonathan R. Michael, 50, of Wood Dale, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Sept. 26, in the 800 block of North Arlington Heights Road on an in-state warrant for indirect civil contempt. The report lists a $2,500 cash bond, which was deposited that day. No court date was provided.
Montserrat F. Zacarias, 37, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. Sept. 27, in the 200 block of North Vail Avenue on an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond. The report lists a detention hearing but does not provide a date.
DRIVER’S LICENSE AND REGISTRATION CHARGES
Kevin R. Johnson, 55, of Chicago, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. Sept. 27, in the 2200 block of South Arlington Heights Road and charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license and operating a vehicle without valid registration. He was cited and released. His court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 21, in Room 108 at the Rolling Meadows courthouse.
