• Aurora, IL: Semi Truck Crash Shuts Down I-88, Causes Hours of Traffic Backups (theunionstar.com) — Drivers around Aurora saw major delays Thursday when a semi-truck hit a bridge on I-88, shutting down lanes and backing up traffic from near Eola Road in Aurora to North Washington Street in Naperville. One person was hospitalized, all lanes reopened by late afternoon, and officials may still adjust traffic as they complete inspections and any needed repairs.
