Registration is now open for College Bound Opportunities' Dinks for
Degrees Pickleball tournament and fundraiser. The tournament will be held on May 3, 2026 at Club Pickle &Padel at 2205 Skokie Valley Rd. in Highland Park, IL. Events include women's doubles and men's doubles in skill levels from 3.0-4.5. The entry fee is $100 per person and players can register at CBO4Success.org.
Funds raised will provide under-resourced College Bound Opportunities (CBO) Scholars in the northern suburbs with services to help them get into college, succeed there, and graduate. These services include tutoring, assistance with college financial aid and scholarship applications, and campus visits. While in college,
Scholars receive persistence support, keeping them on-track academically. Additional services include career preparation workshops and an annual internship fair. And it works! 98% of CBO Scholars graduate college within 4 years. After 20 years, CBO now has more than 300 alumni.
College Bound Opportunities mentors, empowers & inspires low-income, first-generation Scholars to overcome barriers, graduate college and achieve success in life. CBO partners with six suburban high schools: Buffalo Grove High School, Cristo Rey St. Martin College Prep, Deerfield High School, Highland Park High School, Lake Forest High School and Vernon Hills High School.
