Cadillac Stolen From Parking Lot: Buffalo Grove Police Blotter
A package theft, DUI arrest and controlled substance charges were also included in the department's latest weekly report.
BUFFALO GROVE, IL — A Cadillac stolen from a parking lot and a package taken from a building lobby were among the incidents included in the Buffalo Grove Police Department's Oct. 7 weekly blotter.
The report also included arrests involving leaving the scene of an accident, DUI, driving on suspended licenses and possession of a controlled substance.
The charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

STOLEN AUTO
A Cadillac XT4 was reported stolen from a parking lot in the 800 block of Miller Lane at 10:39 a.m. Oct. 2. The theft occurred between Oct. 1 and Oct. 2. The investigation remained ongoing.

THEFT
A package was reported stolen from a lobby in the 0-100 block of Oak Creek Drive at 10:46 a.m. Oct. 5.
LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT
Norberto Vazquez Bahena, 38, of Arlington Heights, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. Sept. 30, at Arlington Heights and Happfield roads. He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, making an improper turn at an intersection, reckless driving, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. His court date was set for Nov. 20 in Mundelein.
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE
Andre C. Harris, 30, of Elgin, was arrested at 4:53 p.m. Oct. 1, in the 1200 block of West Dundee Road. He was charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license and driving with expired plates. His court date was set for Oct. 16 in Mundelein.
Ryan E. Nagle, 20, of Prospect Heights, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. Oct. 3, in the 900 block of Commerce Court. He was charged with driving on a suspended license, failure to signal when required, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper tinting. His court date was set for Nov. 20 in Mundelein.
DUI
Liudmila Constantinova, 40, of Chicago, was arrested at 12:51 p.m. Oct. 4, in the 1700 block of North Weiland Road. She was charged with DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane usage and transportation of open alcohol by a driver. Her court date was set for Oct. 28 in Waukegan.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Jacyln S. Walter, 39, of Buffalo Grove, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. Oct. 5, at Lake Cook and McHenry roads. She was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Her court date was set for Oct. 21 in Waukegan.
