• DuPage County Stormwater Management Flood Control Facilities Active Since Tuesday (positivelynaperville.com) — Flood control operations are active right now at Armstrong Park in Carol Stream, helping manage heavy rainfall that has hit northern DuPage and Cook counties since late Tuesday. County staff are running four major flood facilities and will keep monitoring stream levels through the weekend as more rain is expected, aiming to reduce local flooding risks.
