Officers arrested 42-year-old Brian Stachelski, recovered multiple firearms under a search warrant at his Channahon home, and reported no injuries or property damage while he awaits a detention hearing.

Defense attorneys argued officers forged Draper's girlfriend's signature and searched her apartment illegally, but the judge found the state's handwriting expert more credible and set another pretrial conference for November.
