Divercity: Our Lives are Works of Art produced by Tellin' Tales Theatre shows that disabilities bring out our creativity in whatever we do. When we face hurdles, we find a way to leap over them, not in an inspiration porn way but in a creative way that gives us an edge in everything we do.

The show runs one weekend only, Friday and Saturday, May 15 and 16 at 7:30pm and Sunday, May 17 at 2pm at Goodman Theatre's Alice Center for Education and Engagement, 170 N. Dearborn.  Tickets are $20 (General) and $15 (students and people with disabilities).

Six writers, performers and artists share pithy solo performances based on their personal stories about living with a disability. They were created in a six-week Master Class taught by Tekki Lomnicki, Artistic Director of Tellin’ Tales Theatre.

Featuring: Katie Arnold, Jon Haven, Bob Ness, Amy O'Brien, Ben Saylor, Amanda Scheff.

Sign language interpretation, audio description and talk back on May 17.
