Cause Of Death Released For Man Found Dead At Homeless Encampment

The McHenry County Coroner's Office has also released the identity of the 51-year-old man.

MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — Authorities have determined that a man found dead earlier this month at a homeless encampment in Woodstock died of natural causes, according to the McHenry County Coroner's Office.

Adam Feltner, 51, was discovered at the homeless encampment near the intersection of Illinois Route 47 and Irving Avenue in Woodstock at around 4:30 p.m. on April 8, according to a news release from the McHenry County Coroner's Office.

Feltner’s death was caused by natural causes, according to the coroner's office. An autopsy was not performed, officials said.
