Top-Paid Employees In Cass District 63 in 2025-26

DARIEN, IL – The top-paid employee at Cass School District 63 in the 2025-26 school year was Superintendent Mark Cross, who retired at the end of the year.

Cross made $243,713, 46 percent more than the next highest-paid employee.

The highest-paid teacher was Pamela Worth, who was fourth on the list at $127,412.

The district, which has about 800 students, recently released the 2025-26 compensation list.
