Investigators say surveillance footage links him to multiple arsons, and he now faces felony charges while Decatur police and fire inspectors continue probing the recent string of fires.
   

• Air Evac closes Decatur base, cites limited resources (wcia.com) — Air Evac Lifeteam is closing its Decatur Airport base after three years, shifting aircraft and crews to busier nearby locations.
