6 DUI Arrests Reported In Riverwoods Area: Police Blotter
One driver crashed into a traffic pole before the vehicle came to rest in a tree line, police said.
RIVERWOODS, IL — The following information comes from the Riverwoods Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

- Skye McKenzie Conton, 22, of the 4400 block of 4 Winds Lane, Northbrook, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. June 25, after police said they witnessed a single-vehicle crash at Lake Cook and Portwine roads. According to police, the vehicle left the roadway, struck a traffic pole and eventually came to rest in a tree line. Following an on-scene crash investigation, Conton was charged with improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol. She was processed, charged and released, and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court in Waukegan at 9 a.m. July 16.
- Drew P. Norton, 26, of the 4200 block of Jacqueline Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. June 28, after police stopped a vehicle near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. Norton was charged with speeding, operating an uninsured vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving while license revoked and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was processed, charged and released, and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court in Waukegan at 9 a.m. July 23.
- Tyler Jacob Johnson, 24, of the 2600 block of North Waterman Avenue, Arlington Heights, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. June 30, after police stopped a vehicle near Portwine Road and Chianti Trail. Johnson was charged with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was processed, charged and released, and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court in Waukegan at 9 a.m. July 23.
- Chintaman Singh, 33, of the 200 block of West 58th Street, Chicago, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. June 20, after police stopped a vehicle near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. Singh was charged with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was processed, charged and released, and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court in Waukegan at 9 a.m. July 23.
- Kiera S. Tenner, 27, of the 1600 block of Natoma Avenue, North Chicago, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. June 12, after police stopped a vehicle near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. Tenner was charged with speeding, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol. She was processed, charged and released, and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court in Waukegan at 9 a.m. July 9.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Petros A. Papantoniou, 41, of the 0-100 block of Vernon Trail, Riverwoods, was arrested following a domestic disturbance reported at 4:54 p.m. June 10, at a residence in Riverwoods. Following an investigation and review with the Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office, Papantoniou was cited for disorderly conduct, theft and unlawful interference with reporting domestic violence. He was processed and transported to the Lake County Jail for a first appearance/detention hearing scheduled for the following morning.
