California Man Accused Of Restraint With A Deadly Weapon: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
The 24-year-old was arrested in unincorporated Libertyville.

- Edgar A. Navarro, 34, of the 2900 block of 20th Street, North Chicago, had a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested April 27 in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of May 29.
- Saul Lopez-Ramirez, 42, of the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of DUI alcohol, leaving the sene of a crash, no insurance, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested April 29 in the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of June 10.
- Michael T. Reed, 42, of the 4000 block of Gregory Drive, Zion, is accused of aggravated DUI, driving while license suspended, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested May 2 in the 37900 block of N. Shore Avenue, Beach Park.
- Steveonte D. Cadette, 28, of the 900 block of N. Berwick Boulevard, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, reckless driving, no insurance, and was arrested May 2 at Sheridan and Beach roads Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of June 17.
AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON
Oyatbek Golibjonugli Tursunbeov, 24, of Mountain View, California, is accused of aggravated unlawful restraint with a deadly weapon, domestic battery, and was arrested April 27 in the 32900 block of N. Milwaukee Avenue, unincorporated Libertyville. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report. A court date of May 26 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Natajjae Franklin, 31, of the 300 block of Devlin Road, Ingleside, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, child endangerment, and was arrested April 27 at Cedar Lake and Golfview roads, Round Lake Beach. Franklin was released and assigned a court date of May 27.
VIOLATING SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRY
Jamie J. Horzepa, 37, no permanent address, is accused of violating the sexual offender registry, and was arrested April 28 in the 0-100 block of S. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of May 13.
BATTERY
Brian M. Fuller, 22, of the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of battery, disorderly conduct, and was arrested April 28 in the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of June 10.
VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
Jose De Lopez, Jr., 26, of the 3700 block of Grand Avenue, Gurnee, had a warrant for violating an order of protection, and was arrested April 30 in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of May 7.
SUSPENDED REGISTRATION
William C. Morris, 58, of the 100 block of Oaks Avenue, Wauconda, is accused of having a suspended registration, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested April 30 at Magnolia Avenue and Hart Street, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of April 30.
THEFT
Teresa L. Ragan, 53, of the 34400 block of Almond Road, unincorporated Gurnee, had a warrant for theft, and was arrested May 2 in the 34400 block of Almond Road, unincorporated Gurnee. She was released and assigned a court date of June 2.
