Man Nabbed On Child Neglect Warrant: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

The Beach Park resident had a warrant out of Kenosha County, Wisconsin.

James S. Turner, 47, no permanent address, is accused of reckless conduct, and was arrested in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of April 23.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

Amariah Brown, 20, of the 400 block of N. Frolic Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, obstructing a peace officer, no insurance, and was arrested March 9 at Lewis and Hyde Park avenues, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of April 15.

OBSTRUCTING A PEACE OFFICER

Alise Jackson, 21, of the 200 block of Jullian Street, Waukegan, is accused of obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested March 9 at Lewis and Hyde Park avenues, Waukegan. She was released and assigned a court date of April 15.

VIOLATION OF THE SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRATION ACT

Joseph D. Six, 35, of the 38600 block of N. Pine Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of violation of the sexual offender registration act, and was arrested March 10 in the 0-100 block of S. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of April 15.

VIOLATION OF PRE-TRIAL CONDITIONS

Jonathan Ramirez Hernandez, 29, of the 41500 block of N. Sheridan Road, unincorporated Zion, is accused of violation of pre-trial conditions, and was arrested March 10 in the 41500 block of N. Sheridan Road, unincorporated Zion. He was released and assigned a court date of March 18.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PRE-TRIAL RELEASE

Aaron L. Pierce, 50, of the 0-100 block of E. Oak Street, Fox Lake, had a warrant for violating a pre-trial release, and was arrested March 11 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released on a plea deal and assigned a court date of March 11.

FLEEING TO ELUDE

Jericho Nazari Alexander, 27, of the 400 block of Hickory Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for fleeing to elude, and was arrested March 12 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was being detained on other charges at the time of the report. A court date of March 31 was assigned.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Alex Macias, 28, of the 1400 block of Jenkinson Court, Waukegan, had a warrant for violating an order of protection, and was arrested March 12 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of March 16.

BATTERY

Alexis N. Rogel, 20, of the 17700 block of W. Horseshoe Lane, unincorporated Gurnee, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested March 12 in the 300 block of S. Greenleaf Street, Park City. He was released and assigned a court date of April 2.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF A CRASH

  • Christian R. Wojslaw, 34, of the 0-100 block of Carlise Road, Hawthorn Woods, is accused of leaving the scene of a crash, reckless driving, and was arrested March 12 at Routes 83 and 53, Long Grove. He was released following his arrest.
  • Cynthia Franco, 37, of the 800 block of Fuller Road, Gurnee, is accused of having no driver's license, leaving the scene of a crash, no insurance, and was arrested March 13 at Green Bay and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. She was released following her arrest.

SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRATION VIOLATION

Adolfo J. Hernandez, 51, of the 400 block of S. Lincoln Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for a sexual offender registration violation, and was arrested March 13 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report. A future court date was to be determined.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Ronny O. Obispo-Mencias, 21, of the 200 block of N. Jackson Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, new charges of suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested March 13 at Sheridan ad Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of April 1.
  • Tyler J. Falotico, 26, of the 1300 block of 12th Street, Winthrop Harbor, is accused of DUI alcohol, aggravated speeding, and was arrested March 13 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of April 22.
  • Eduardo L. Avila, 47, of the 25500 block of W. Arcade Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, obstructing a peace officer and was arrested March 13 at Big Hollow Road and Nokomis Trail, unincorporated McHenry. He was released and assigned a court date of April 15.
  • Lasierra E. Usher, 32, of the 1700 block of Argonne Drive, North Chicago, is accused of DUI alcohol, suspended registration, failure to obey police officer, and was arrested March 14 at Route 21 and Grand Avenue, Gurnee. Usher was released following the arrest and assigned a court date of April 29.
  • Isaac Sanchez, 28, of the 2900 block of 31st Street, Zion, is accused of DUI alcohol, failure to obey police officer, no insurance, and was arrested March 14 at Route 21 and Grand Avenue, Gurnee. He was released and assigned a court date of April 22.

CHILD NEGLECT

Andrew J. Mosher, 35, of the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, had a warrant out of Kenosha County, Wisconsin, for child neglect, and was arrested March 14 in the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. A future court date in Kenosha County was to be determined at the time of the report.

BURGLARY

Daniel Molitor, 35, of the 700 block of North Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant out of Cook County for burglary, and was arrested March 14 in the 700 block of North Avenue, Waukegan. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
