Multiple DUI Arrests Reported During St. Paddy's Day Weekend: Riverwoods PD Blotter
At least four arrests occurred between March 14 and March 18, according to police.
RIVERWOODS, IL — The following information comes from the Riverwoods Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

- Jerry Ruiz, 45, of the 1200 block of Elise Drive, Melrose Park, is accused of improper lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 4:25 a.m. March 18, after being stopped by police near Deerfield and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of April 16.
- Alexis Gael Hernandez, 21, of the 500 block of W. Hawthorne Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of DUI alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 1:56 a.m. March 14, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of April 9.
- Christopher C. Campbell, 39, of the 1400 block of Johnson Drive, Buffalo Grove, is accused of speeding, registration suspended for mandatory insurance violation, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 1:51 a.m. March 15, after being pulled over by police near Milwaukee Avenue and Busch Parkway. He was released and assigned a court date of April 16.
- Paige S. McCleerey, 30, of the 0-100 block of Western Avenue, Highwood, is accused of speeding, improper lane usage, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 1:54 a.m. March 15, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released and assigned a court date of April 16.
