Body Found In Fox River In Elgin, Cause Of Death Pending (patch.com) — Residents in Elgin are being alerted after an unidentified man's body was discovered partially submerged in the Fox River near the 200 block of North Grove Avenue early Friday morning. The Kane County Coroner's Office has completed an autopsy but is awaiting toxicology results to determine cause of death, while working with Elgin police to identify the man and notify his family.
