Cops Pursue Theft Suspects Into Elmhurst Neighborhood

Officers found one person, but the other remains at large.

ELMHURST, IL – Police said they pursued theft suspects early Wednesday morning in an Elmhurst neighborhood.

Officers were chasing a car on Interstate 290 about 4 a.m. when the two suspects got out and ran onto St. Charles Road, according to an Elmhurst news release.

They were seen running in the area of St. Charles and Fair Avenue, police said.
