Spring Road Getting Chicago Chain Restaurant: City (patch.com) — Elmhurst's Spring Road business district is getting a new Parlor Pizza Bar at the former Silverado Grill site, in a larger 7,000-square-foot building. Local restaurateur Anthony Gambino III, who also runs Doc's Victory Pub and other Elmhurst spots, is behind the project, which has been in city review since early 2025 and is now officially moving forward.
