I am looking for anyone who witnessed a fall LCM hospital on 4/20 at 11:30am in the front lobby. If you think you may have seen this fall please contact me. My workers comp is holding off the claim because they don't have proof that it actually happened. I need surgery on my spine and knee and I need to move forward from this injury please if you witnessed this event contact me.
