The headquarters house the company's executive leadership, marketing operations and nationwide franchise support. Since it's a franchise brand, independent owners run the restaurants under the Rosati's name, while the corporate team handles systems and logistics.

Rosati's operates 200 pizzerias across the country, including more than 100 in the Chicago area. The first modern Rosati's franchise opened in 1964 in Mount Prospect.

The company is on track for an "unprecedented period of development momentum" as it plans to open 11 new restaurants within a 90-day stretch, it shared in a news release.

"The main driving forces are our existing franchisees," CEO Anthony Rosati told QSR Magazine in an interview. "The unit economics are working for them, and it's been a good time for them lately."

The chain is known for its thin crust, deep dish and double dough pizzas, and it also serves wings, pasta and Chicago-style sandwiches.
