Throughout March, families and team members at Maple Glen memory care community collected 288 pounds of non-perishable food donations to benefit the Glen House Food Pantry in Glen Ellyn.

The Pantry is dedicated to “making hunger history” for neighbors who live, work, or go to school in DuPage County. In 2025, the Pantry distributed nearly 1 million pounds of groceries, including fresh produce, meat, dairy, baked goods and paper products, to 9,500 individuals, 50% of whom were children.

Maple Glen was honored to partner with Glen House Food Pantry for its spring food donation drive. In addition to collecting donations, Maple Glen residents helped sort, bag, load and deliver the collected food.
