• ‘Best-smelling accident ever' on I-70 caused loss of semi truck, trailer on June 10 (timestribunenews.com) — A semi truck hauling candles and perfumes caught fire June 10 on I-70 between Highland and Greenville, shutting the interstate for more than two hours but causing no injuries. Highland-Pierron and City of Highland fire and EMS crews, along with several neighboring departments, brought tenders to the scene to extinguish the unusually fragrant blaze.
