The youths heard moaning and asked the man what he was doing, prosecutors said.

WESTMONT, IL – A Westmont man is accused of showing pornographic material to three youths Sunday afternoon at Diane Main Park in Westmont, prosecutors said.
Justano Rios, 66, was charged with one felony count of sexual exploitation of a child, two misdemeanor counts of sexual exploitation of a child, three misdemeanor counts of distributing harmful material to a child and one misdemeanor count of obstructing identification, police said.

Late in the afternoon, children ages 12, 13 and 14 were at the pavilion when they heard moaning noises coming from a bench where Rios was seated watching his phone, according to a news release from DuPage County prosecutors.
Prosecutors alleged the children approached Rios and asked what he was doing and that he told them he was watching something and invited them over to watch.

When the children walked over, Rios showed them his phone, which was playing pornography, police said. He is accused of also rubbing himself over his pants.
The children then left and contacted police. Officers later spoke with Rios at the park. Rios is accused of giving a fake name and different ages and dates of birth before he was arrested, police said.
"In DuPage County, we will do whatever is necessary to ensure that our children are not subject to the type of behavior alleged against Mr. Rios," DuPage County State's Attorney Robert Berlin said in the news release.
