After outscoring early opponents by huge margins and rallying past Cary-Grove, Huntley will lean on junior quarterback Malik Carter against a more balanced Jacobs offense that edged them last season.
   

4. Northwestern Medicine Recognized by Vizient as 2026 Birnbaum Quality Leadership Top Performers and 2026 Ambulatory Quality and Accountability Top Performer (nm.org) — Northwestern Medicine Huntley Hospital has been singled out among top-performing community hospitals in a national quality ranking, highlighting care that many Huntley residents rely on. The broader Northwestern Medicine system earned multiple Vizient awards for hospital and outpatient performance, recognizing strong results in safety, effectiveness, and patient-centered care across the region.
