Man Fell Asleep At Thorntons Gas Pumps, Then Joliet Police Came And Arrested Him For These Charge: Polices
During the investigation, Joliet police say the responding officers saw drug paraphernalia in plain view.

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet Police Department announced the arrest of a 30-year-old Palos Hills man, Munir Nazer, over the weekend at the Collins Street Thorntons gas station.
According to police spokesman Dwayne English, at 7:56 p.m. on Saturday, officers responded to Thorntons gas station at 400 Collins St. for a report of a man sleeping inside a vehicle parked at a gas pump.
Upon arrival, English said the officers made contact with the man inside a Nissan and identified him. During the investigation, officers saw drug paraphernalia in plain
view, police said.

Officers also discovered suspected cocaine and heroin in Nazer’s possession that were individually packaged in a manner consistent with unlawful sale, English said.
Nazer was taken into custody without incident, and the vehicle was towed from the scene. Nazer was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and
possession of a controlled substance. He was processed at the Joliet Police Department and released on a notice to appear at Will County's Courthouse.
