Officers also made several arrests on warrants, aggravated battery, and disorderly conduct, plus handled a minor traffic crash with no injuries. • Sr. Cathleen Real was a scholar (catholicmessenger.net) — Kewanee readers are remembering Sister Cathleen Real, born here in 1934, whose life of faith and scholarship took her to leadership roles at colleges and ministries across the Midwest. She earned advanced degrees in mathematics, led several institutions, and was widely honored for her service before her recent passing at age 91 in Davenport.
