Officer Filip Czarnecki is receiving advanced neurological care at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, while his family and colleagues in Lake Forest express deep gratitude and ask residents to keep supporting his long recovery journey.
   

• Grainger Teams Up With Chicago Bears (roofingcontractor.com) — Two of Lake Forest's best-known institutions, W.W. Grainger and the Chicago Bears, are teaming up in a new partnership that will boost both brands' visibility and community outreach. The deal includes Grainger signage at Halas Hall and games, plus sponsorship of the Bears Huddle program, which promotes volunteer opportunities across the Chicago region and further spotlights Lake Forest as a professional sports hub.
   

• Road America Return for Ferrari Challenge (sportscar365.com) — Ferrari of Lake Forest is fielding drivers in all four classes as the Ferrari Challenge series returns to Road America in Wisconsin this weekend. With the track less than two hours away, local fans can cheer on Lake Forest-linked racers while following tight championship battles, all streamed live on Ferrari's YouTube channel with detailed qualifying and race schedules set for Saturday and Sunday.
