Drop Off Donations For #LovePurse Drive At State Rep. La Ha's Office
The initiative will help provide women in need and survivors of domestic abuse with purses filled with personal care items.
LEMONT, IL — State Representative Nicole La Ha is joining Senator Suzy Glowiak Hilton and fellow Illinois lawmakers in supporting the 2026 #LovePurse Drive.
The initiative will help provide women in need and survivors of domestic abuse with purses filled with essential personal care items and handwritten messages of encouragement, according to a news release from La Ha's office.
“For a woman facing a difficult chapter in her life, something as simple as a purse filled with everyday essentials can be a meaningful reminder that she is seen, valued, and supported,” La Ha said in a news release. “Many of us take these basic necessities for granted, but for someone rebuilding her life or escaping an abusive situation, they can make a real difference. I'm proud to be part of an effort that brings women together to lift up other women when they need it most.”
