Sanctuary in Trauma is excited to announce the opening of its first physical office in the Lisle Town Centre and invites the community to celebrate at an Open House on Saturday, July 18, from 1-3 pm at 1111 Burlington Avenue, Lisle, IL, Suite 110.
Sanctuary in Trauma is a Christ-centered nonprofit ministry dedicated to walking alongside women who have experienced trauma, loss, and hardship. Through Biblical teaching, practical tools, support groups, and leader training, the ministry equips churches and communities to offer hope and healing rooted in the truth of Scripture.
After years of serving women from homes, coffee shops, churches, and borrowed meeting spaces, this new office marks an important milestone in the ministry's continued growth. The space will provide a welcoming environment for meetings, volunteer collaboration, leadership training, and ministry operations as Sanctuary in Trauma expands its reach.
"We are incredibly grateful for God's faithfulness in providing this space," said Executive Director Dana Kemp. "This office represents more than four walls—it is a reminder of the many people who have prayed, volunteered, given generously, and come alongside this ministry so that more women can experience hope in Christ. We are excited to expand our reach into Lisle and surrounding communities.”
Community members, ministry partners, local leaders, and supporters are invited to stop by during the Open House to tour the office, meet the Sanctuary in Trauma team, learn more about the ministry's mission, and celebrate what God is doing through this next chapter.
Light refreshments will be served, and no RSVP is required.
