• Woman paralyzed in I-55 crash awarded $60M settlement (nbcchicago.com) — A Minooka woman paralyzed in a 2020 rollover crash on I-55 near Renwick Road has received a $60 million settlement from companies involved in highway construction. Her attorneys argued unsafe construction left a massive pothole that triggered the collision, and say the funds will support lifelong care after her catastrophic spinal injuries.
