Northbrook Chamber Golf Outing Drives Support for Evans Scholars Foundation

The Northbrook Chamber of Commerce & Industry invites the business community to tee up for a day of golf, networking—and meaningful impact—at its Annual VIP Golf Outing. This year’s event, scheduled for June 1 at Ravinia Green Country Club, supports the Evans Scholars Foundation, providing life-changing, full-ride college scholarships to hardworking golf caddies with financial need.

Participants will enjoy an all-inclusive day designed for connection and camaraderie, while helping open doors to higher education for deserving young people. Since 1930, the Evans Scholars Foundation has awarded thousands of scholarships covering tuition and housing. The Chamber’s golf outing sets the stage for the Evans Scholars Invitational, a pro tournament that raises funds for the Foundation.

Golfers at the Northbrook Chamber outing will take part in an 18-hole best ball scramble tournament, along with on-course contests, networking opportunities with business and civic leaders, a cookout lunch, and a celebratory awards dinner. A Hole-in-One Challenge offers a chance to win $10,000.

50/50 Raffle: Win Big, Give Bigger
A highlight of the day is the 50/50 raffle, with proceeds directly benefiting the Evans Scholars Foundation. Half of all raffle funds will support scholarships for caddies, while the other half goes to one lucky winner—making it easy to give back while joining in the excitement. Raffle tickets may be purchased online, by calling the Chamber office, or at the Golf Outing.
