• Man, 20, Charged In Attempted Armed Robbery At Orland Park Gas Station: PD (patch.com) — Orland Park police say a concealed carry holder shot a masked 20-year-old Indiana man who allegedly tried to rob him at gunpoint while he pumped gas at the Shell station on Harlem Avenue. Investigators report the suspect's car and gun were both stolen, and Cook County prosecutors have approved multiple felony charges as he remains hospitalized under guard.
